Visitor Parking Reminder

Residents are reminded that visitor parking bays are exclusively for short-term visitors. This is a requirement of the City of Belmont under the terms of our building licence. Visitor bays are not to be used as a second bay by residents with one allocated car bay and two vehicles.

If you have overnight visitors, you must email the Building Manager to notify the details of your guest’s vehicle and the dates of stay. Approval or acknowledgment is not required; the email is for administrative purposes in case of complaints about the vehicle or the length of stay. Your visitors must also ensure they clearly display a visitor pass.

Any vehicle parked overnight in a visitor bay without prior email notification to the Building Manager will be considered to belong to a resident, who is liable to be breached accordingly.
