Temporary Lift Closure for Repairs

Lift 2 Major Repair

Dear Residents,

Following the recent breakdowns of Lift 2, Schindler have now advised that they are in a position to complete the essential safety repairs. Therefore, please note it will be necessary to temporarily shut down Lift 2 on Thursday 6^th and Friday 7^th of March to undertake these repairs. Lift 1 will remain operational to minimise disruption.

Impex is continuing to work with Schindler to ensure we receive the highest level of service. Please note that all the costs of this repair will be covered under our contract.
