Mechanical Sweeping of Basement Car Parks

We wish to advise all residents that the building's car parks are scheduled for sweeping on the 25th August 2025 from 9am to approximately 12.30pm.

Please arrange for your vehicle to be removed from the car park by 8.30am on Monday 25th August to allow the sweeping to be completed.

Please contact the building manager or the strata manager if you will be unable to move your vehicle for this date.

If your lot is tenanted, please forward this notice to the resident/s.
