Strata Management Transition - Update

Dear Owners and Residents,

Further to our earlier advice about exploring options for a transition in strata management, we are pleased to advise that Oakfield Strata has now been appointed to replace Proactive Strata as strata manager for Vantage.

Handover of strata management records and processes from Proactive Strata to Oakfield Strata (‘Oakfield’) has now commenced and Oakfield will take over as strata manager when this is complete, which is scheduled for 31st October 2025.

Oakfield will contact you individually to provide you with more information in due course.
