Security Access Changes – Visitor Car Park

Dear Owners & Agents,

Following a recent break-in and the compromise of security access through the visitor car park, the Council of Owners has approved additional security measures to better protect residents and the property.

Effective immediately, FOB access will be required at the following access points connected to the visitor car park:

  • Access to the stairwell
  • Access to the fire stairwell
  • Doorway into the rear of the gym

These changes are being implemented to enhance building security and reduce the risk of unauthorised access to common property areas.
