Reminder - Correct Use of Recycling Bins

Dear Owners and Managing Agents,

Please be reminded that the green bins pictured in the attached images are for the recycling of approved containers only.
These bins are not to be used for the disposal of general rubbish or other non-approved items. Incorrect use of the recycling bins creates contamination issues and impacts waste collection services for the scheme.

Please note that improper disposal of rubbish is a breach of the scheme by-laws and may result in Notices of Contravention being issued to the offending unit.

If your unit is leased, please ensure that your tenants are made aware of this reminder accordingly.
