Noise Disturbance Reminder for All Residents

Dear Owners & Managing Agents

We wish to advise that we have received a number of noise reports regarding ongoing noise disturbances being heard throughout the day, which are affecting neighbouring units.

As we continue to investigate the source of the noise, we kindly remind all residents to be mindful of noise transference between lots. This includes, but is not limited to, banging, bouncing, thudding on floors, and loud social interactions, which can readily carry between units.

We respectfully remind all residents that everyone is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of their home.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Should you have any noise complaints to report, please provide as much detail as possible, including dates, times, description of the noise, where it is believed to be coming from, and any supporting evidence such as noise recordings (if available).

If your unit is leased, please ensure your tenants are made aware of this notice.
