Notice to residents - update on carpark gate

Following damage sustained to the carpark gate the Building Manager has now programmed gates to remain open for at least next couple of days.

Repairs will be organised for early in week. It looks like some welding will need to be done on gate which may need to be done off site

A security guard will be organised for next two evenings to man carpark and will be on site tonight and Monday night at this stage.
