Garage Gate Jammed – Please Do Not Force

Last night, a resident stood in the open gateway and, when the gate began to close, pushed it back, causing it to jam. The gate is now stuck mostly open, creating a security risk for the building overnight.

At this stage, we will need to wait to see if the gate can be reset. Do not attempt to manually move or force the gate, as this is what caused the issue in the first place. There is still enough space for one vehicle at a time to pass through while it remains in this position.

CCTV footage will be reviewed, and once the resident is identified, all repair costs will be charged to them.

Residents are reminded not to follow another vehicle through the garage gate if you have forgotten your FOB.

Finally, please note that more and more people are using the B1 ramp as a walkway. Drive slowly and with caution when entering or exiting the ramp.
