Access Device Audit - July 2026

Dear All Owners & Agents,

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain accurate access records and building security, all owners and agents are requested to complete the relevant Access Device Audit Form.

All access devices currently assigned to your lot (including key fobs, swipe cards, remotes, etc.) must be declared on the form.

Please note that any access devices not listed on the submitted form will be deactivated and will no longer provide access to the building or common areas.

The form contains all instructions, including details on how to complete and return it.

Completed forms may be:

• Returned in person to the Building Manager's Office (preferred where possible), or
• Emailed to the address provided on the form.

Please ensure your completed form is returned no later than 31 July.
